   The Scale plan is a great option - It includes receiving for 100 packages and 10 pallets per month and unlocks the lowest service rates, which keeps your costs predictable. If you end up needing more than this, that’s a good time to look at a dedicated warehouse suite.

5. **Can I upgrade or downgrade later?**
   Yes. Plans are designed to grow with you. You can upgrade or downgrade as your logistics and workspace needs change.

6. **Do I need to be local to a Saltbox facility?**
   No. Virtual can be used from anywhere. Scale members typically use a specific location for logistics and workspace access, but you can hold multiple memberships in different markets if needed.
